You can browse our catalogue and click on a product image to view the product page.

In the product page you can find different zoomed images of the product, the product's info, the product's description and the product's price. Where requested, you should indicate the product size in order to add the product into the basket. The product page shoes only the available sizes.
In the basket page you can find the purchased products, the quantity of each product and the total amount for your order.
You can easily calculate the shipping cost by selecting the shipping country and then by clicking on the "Get a quote" button. By selecting the shipping method you will know the shipping cost and the total amount will be automatically updated (shipping costs included).
By Clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button you will proceed with the purchasing process.
To complete your order you should fill the Checkout form following the given steps.
All your order data are summarized at the end of the Checkout process. Once you confirmed the data you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order code and you can't edit your order no more.

3) SHIPPING AND TAXES
Orders placed on Alberto Guardiani Online Store are shipped worldwide via international courier.
The orders are shipped immediately after the payment verification and after that we have checked the product availability. In case of mistake, we will refund you the money directly on your credit card.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Duties and Taxes:
We ship using DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) method for the CE countries.
For countries outside the CE area, the courier may give you a separated invoice from local authorities for extra duties. We invite you to verify local taxes and duties before placing an order on the Alberto Guardiani Online Store.
NOTE: We do not ship to PO boxes.
4) PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit card payments.

If you don't like the product you received you can send it back to us or if the size doesn't fit you, you can request a size exchange.
Due to covid-19 the return procedures will be delayed!
Returns and Size Exchanges
To return any product you must create a return request from this page.
Once you made the return request, you will receive via email the delivery note. You need to prepare your parcel enclosing the delivery note. The shipping costs of your return or size exchange are at your charge. If you are returning products from a country outside the CE area eventual Custom Duties will also be at your charge.
You can request a return or a size exchange if these conditions are true (D.L. 206/2005 - Italian Law):
- The return or size exchange must be done within 14 days from order date;
- The item must be intact and not used;
- The original tag must not have been removed.
If these requests are fulfilled we will refund you the product price excluding the duties paid by us to receive the package when the product is shipped from an extra-CE Country.
In case of a return we will refund you the money you paid except for the shipping costs. In case of a size exchange we will send you the product in the new size at our charge as soon as we receive the old one. In any case, the old product's shipping costs and eventual customs duties are at your charge.
IMPORTANT: only size exchanges will be accepted; we will not accept products returned that don't respect the above mentioned procedure.

All indicated prices are taxes included where necessary.
