Introduction

Legislative Decree no. 82 of May 27, 2022, transposed Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 17, 2019, on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

Guidelines on the accessibility of services, in implementation of Art. 21 of Legislative Decree no. 82/2022.

The decree was published in the Official Gazette (General Series no. 152 of 01-07-2022) and entered into force on July 16, 2022, but its provisions have been effective since June 28, 2025.

Bi&Do S.r.l. is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with Law no. 82 of May 27, 2022, which transposed Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 17, 2019, on the accessibility requirements for products and services. This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.albertoguardiani.it/.

Status of compliance with requirements

The website https://www.albertoguardiani.it/ is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) due to the cases of non-compliance and/or exceptions listed below. Bi&Do S.r.l., together with its suppliers, is conducting an analysis aimed at carrying out the necessary interventions to make the sites in question accessible and compliant with the standard.

Inaccessible content

The following content is not accessible because doing so would fundamentally change the nature of the service:

  • On individual pages, there are images without captions. Navigating to images with screen readers is difficult.
  • On almost all pages, the contrast between text and background is too low.
  • On individual pages, there are form fields without labels. Navigating to form fields with screen readers is difficult.
  • On all pages, there are focusable elements that are marked as decorative and are therefore accessible to assistive technologies, but which should actually be ignored.
  • On individual pages, a parent element lacks the corresponding child elements. This may confuse screen reader users, as content is expected that is not actually there.
  • On individual pages, there are scrollable elements that cannot be scrolled with the keyboard. This makes it difficult for users of assistive technologies to grasp the entire page.
  • On one page, there are buttons, links, or ARIA menu items without labels. Screen reader navigation to these elements is difficult.
  • On almost all pages, description lists are structured incorrectly. Consequently, description explanations and headings are not displayed correctly and are not reproduced correctly by assistive technologies.
  • On almost all pages, description explanations and headings are not enclosed in a description list element. Consequently, description explanations and headings are not recognized as such and reproduced correctly by assistive technologies.
  • There are lists on all pages that contain elements that do not belong to the lists. Consequently, the lists may not be reproduced correctly by assistive technologies.

The developments made to the code and future ones have been and will be developed in compliance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines. The statement was drafted on 06.08.2025. It was carried out using an assessment in compliance with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 through a self-assessment performed directly by the supplier. The statement was created with the help of Eye-Able® technology from Web Inclusion GmbH. Further information on Web Inclusion GmbH is available at https://eye-able.com/it.

Bi&Do S.r.l. is conducting an analysis with its suppliers to make the necessary changes to make the sites in question accessible and compliant with regulations. Bi&Do S.r.l., with the goal of progressively improving the experience of its web customers, has also proactively implemented the Eye-Able® SaaS software from Web Inclusion GmbH.
The functionality in question allows for Audits to be performed to scan individual pages of the site to identify digital barriers, providing compatible support that explains the error and proposes alternative code to correct it, along with other tools that allow website users to utilize important functions that can improve their navigation. The company is committed to developing code evolutions, both past and future, in compliance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
